Electronic platform scale

A small electronic weighing instrument using the principle of non-electrical measurement. It consists of a load-bearing table, a scale body, a load cell, a load indicator, and a regulated power supply (Figure 2). When weighing, the weight of the measured object is converted into an electrical signal by a load cell, and after being amplified by an operational amplifier and processed by a single-chip microprocessor, the weighing value is displayed in digital form. The electronic platform scale can be placed on a hard ground or installed in a foundation pit for use. It has the characteristics of light weight, convenient movement, multiple functions, the display and the scale body are connected by cables, and can be placed according to needs during use. In addition to functions such as weighing, tare weight, cumulative weight, etc., it can also be connected with the actuator, set the upper and lower limits to control the speed of feeding, and can be used as a small package batching scale or quantitative scale.
